Jak změnit údaje na kontaktu, když nejsme určeným registrátorem?/ How do I change the details on a contact if we are not the designated registrar?

Pro změnu na CZ kontaktu je nutné kontaktovat Vašeho určeného registrátora kontaktu, který má oprávnění danou změnu provést, viz výpis z http://www.nic.cz/whois/.

Nebo máte možnost kontakt převést k naší společnosti a to na základě AUTH ID kontaktu, který si můžete např. nechat zaslat na email, který je v registru u kontaktu uveden. AUTH ID kontaktu je možno si nechat zaslat z této adres:

 Transfer kontaktu k naší společnost:

Po přihlášení do administrace na Subregu, vyberete v levém menu položku Ostatní (specifické TLD) - Nový objekt  a vyberete -Transfer Objektu (NSSet, KeySet, Kontakt). Zde zadáte požadovaný kontakt, vložíte AUTH ID kontaktu a zadáte převod.

 Kontakt je ihned převeden k naší společnosti a máte jej možnost editovat a to opět přes položku Kontakty v levém menu, zde zadáte přehled kontaktů, vyberete daný kontakt a kliknete na editaci kontaktu.  Veškeré změny na CZ ID kontaktu potvrzujete elektronickou cestou a to z mailu, který je na NICu uveden. V případě, že email není funkční a potřebujete editovat právě jej, je nutné vytisknout příslušný formulář a zaslat ověřený na naši adresu (formulář je k dispozici ke stažení při editaci kontaktu). Změnu emailu po obdržení formuláře provedeme my.

Transfer the contact to our company:

After logging into the administration on Subreg, select Other (specific TLDs) - New Object in the left menu and select -Transfer Object (NSSet, Keyset, Contact). Here you enter the desired contact, enter the AUTH ID of the contact and enter the transfer.

The contact is immediately transferred to our company and you can edit it again via the Contacts item in the left menu, here you enter the contact list, select the contact and click on edit contact. All changes to the CZ ID of the contact are confirmed electronically from the e-mail address that is listed on the NIC. In case the email is not functional and you need to edit it, you need to print the appropriate form and send it to our address (the form is available for download when editing the contact). We will change the email after receiving the form.
