Registrace

Vyřízení registrace: pokud majitel dodává dokumenty pro validaci, je doména registrována až po úspěšné validaci (vyhodnocení trvá cca 3 pracovní dny), pokud je doména registrována na trustee kontakt je registrace dokončena okamžitě (online)

- Majitelem může být kdokoli kdo projde validací.
V případě registrace domény na fyzickou osobu je nutné dodat nascanovaný Pas. Nově registr nepřijmá pasy kde jméno držitele obsahuje čárky.
V případě společnosti je vyžadován výpis z OR a také pas jednatele.
Dokument musí být vložen POUZE jako obrázek, tedy .JPG, .PNG, .. Registr jiné koncovky neakceptuje, ani PDF!

Trustee kontakt poskytujeme pro usnadnění registrace. V případě využití trustee je také potřeba dodat dokumenty majitele a doména je registrována ihned. Dokumenty se dokládají pouze do naší databáze a nezasílají se registru CNNIC.

Transfer

Vyřízení transferu: (jakmile registr žádost zpracuje - ruční zpracování)

Expirace

- .cn registr má specifický způsob expirací. V den expirace doménu registr automaticky prodlouží v náhodný čas, bez možnosti zrušení tohoto prodloužení (tedy z našeho pohledu v den expirace je již pozdě doménu mazat, jelikož jsme za ní již zaplatili) . Abychom zaručili, že se doména sama neprodlouží když zákazník nechce, musíme v předstihu požádat o smazání. Jediný spolehlivý způsob jak toto udělat, je určit domény ke smazání den před expirací.

Register

Registration processing: if the owner supplies documents for validation, the domain is registered after successful validation (evaluation takes about 3 working days), if the domain is registered on trustee contact the registration is completed immediately (online)

In case of domain registration to a natural person, it is necessary to provide a scanned Passport. The new registry does not accept passports where the holder's name contains commas.
In the case of a company, a certificate of incorporation is required, as well as the passport of the managing director.
The document must be uploaded ONLY as an image, i.e. .JPG, .PNG, .. The registry does not accept other endings, not even PDF!

Trustee contact is provided to facilitate registration. In case of using trustee, it is not necessary to provide documents of the owner and the domain is registered immediately.

Renew

Transfer

Expiration

- The .cn registry has a specific way of expiration. On the day of expiration, the registry automatically extends the domain at a random time, without the possibility of cancelling the extension (so from our point of view, on the day of expiration it is too late to delete the domain, since we have already paid for it). In order to guarantee that the domain will not renew itself if the customer does not want it to, we have to request deletion in advance. The only reliable way to do this is to designate domains for deletion the day before expiration.
