Registrace

Při registraci .ie domén je potřeba doložit vazbu na Irsko. Zašlete nám prosím dokumentaci, která dokládá, že majitel domény má obchodní vazby v Irsku (stačí jedna z následujících možností):

Na registraci je třeba doložit opravdovou vazbu na Irsko, že nabízíte/prodáváte své produkty v Irsku, nikoli že tam nakupujete. Tedy Vás poprosíme o jedno z následujících :

• Prodejní faktury, které ukazují, že držitel domény prodává zboží nebo služby v Irsku
• Podepsaný dopis právního zástupce, účetního, vedoucího nebo auditora třetí strany, který potvrzuje, že držitel domény prodává zboží nebo služby v Irsku
• Irský nebo Evropský TM nebo certifikát
• WIPO TM nebo certifikát (pokud platí na území Irska)
• Dopis od irské firmy, který potvrzuje, že prodávají Vaše produkty v Irsku

Dále se dokládá kopie výpisu z OR (sken), kde je uvedeno Identifikační číslo společnosti. Doložte spolu s URL na online výpis registru.

Dále je nutné rozlišit dvě situace:

1. Doménové jméno odpovídá názvu firmy - v tomto případě stačí doložit kopii výpisu z OR (stačí i online URL)
2. Doménové jméno se liší od názvu společnosti - v tomto případě je potřeba připojit vysvětlení, proč registrujete tento název (Příklad: Chci registrovat tuto doménu, protože koresponduje s názvem našeho produktu, značky, marketingové kampaně...atp.)

Při změně ADMIN nebo TECH kontaktu není potřeba dokládat dokumenty. Dokumenty je potřeba dokládat pouze při změně majitele.

- Editace domény je zdarma
- Editace domény je online (změna ADMIN nebo TECH kontaktu je provedena ihned)

Expirace

Životní cyklus domény .ie zahrnuje registraci na 1 až 10 let, 30denní lhůtu pro obnovu po expiraci, 30denní období obnovy s dalšími poplatky a smazání, pokud není obnovena, obvykle do 60 až 75 dnů od expirace.

Registration

When registering a .ie domain, it is necessary to provide proof of a connection to Ireland. Please send us documentation that shows the domain holder has business ties in Ireland (one of the following options will suffice):

For registration, you need to provide evidence of a genuine connection to Ireland, such as offering/selling products in Ireland, not just purchasing there. Therefore, we ask you for one of the following:

• Sales invoices showing that the domain holder sells goods or services in Ireland.
• A signed letter from a legal representative, accountant, manager, or third-party auditor confirming that the domain holder sells goods or services in Ireland.
• An Irish or European trademark or certificate.
• A WIPO trademark or certificate (if applicable in Ireland).
• A letter from an Irish company confirming that they sell your products in Ireland.

Additionally, a copy of the company’s extract from the business register (scan) must be provided, where the company identification number is listed. Please also provide the URL for the online register extract.

There are also two situations to distinguish:

1. The domain name matches the company name – in this case, it is sufficient to provide a copy of the business register extract (an online URL is fine).
2. The domain name differs from the company name – in this case, an explanation must be provided as to why you are registering this name (Example: I want to register this domain because it corresponds to the name of our product, brand, marketing campaign, etc.).

When changing the ADMIN or TECH contact, no documentation is required. Documentation is only needed when changing the owner.
